my friend Anna is running classes in mindfulness – developed from ancient meditation techniques, mindfulness is a way of reducing stress, increasing focus and promoting well being – all in a few minutes per day.  her next course begins in january – i dont know much about meditation or mindfulness, but am intrigued to learn how to destress and direct my focus – sometimes i have so many things on my mind it causes unnecessary anxiety.   anna has 2 young boys, is a full time working mum but still has such an inner calmness – a good advert for her courses.

i have become so obsessed with writing lists that i now have 3 or 4 ongoing lists, one thats for that day, one thats for goals in the future,  and lists for things i would ideally like to do, but just get put on a list!
