carolyn has added some more designs to her beautiful range of poms at pompomadore – each one is hand made using either fabric, printed paper and tissue paper – some of the papers are printed flower petals! the new colours are quite autumnal and work well mixed with silk flowers or real dried flowers to produce a lasting permanent display for a table. i was particularly taken with carolyn’s beautiful embroidered smock that she made – any of the poms would work well as a centrepiece for a celebration table or as a child’s posy. not to be mistaken or compared to the cheap paper pom poms that you can buy, these are tactile and more like art pieces. they make beautiful presents and unlike a bouquet of flowers is long lasting!
