walking

i have to admit that i have never been a walker, but climbing the cliffs of st agnes you want to walk more to see more of the wonderful views.  a one hour stroll towards perranporth gives you stunning vistas and believe it or not, if you walk for more than 30 minutes a day, it helps keep you healthy, less depressed and strengthens your bones!  the wild flowers are incredibly abundant and beautiful.

I recently bought a house in St Agnes and feel sooooo lucky! I took a similar walk at the weekend and did not have my camera. Thankfully, you did. Thanks!
