i bought this cute kids hat from the monthly vintage clothes fair held at Cecil Sharp House in Primrose Hill, they usually hold them the first sunday of each month. the next one is 13th may. You will find lots of these types of vintage fairs all around London. yesterday i went to the home and interior fair there – there were about 8 stallholders, but some of them had lovely things, including julie burgan with her painted furniture items and upholstered chairs – they were reasonably priced – i bought a small armchair from her that she had beautifully upholstered herself and teabird with some lovely vintage cups and saucers filled with lovely wax candles, which once you have burned will still be perfect to use for tea afterwards.
